Protocol Matter Settled

And finally, while some folks get to name the characters, others are lucky enough to be the characters ... John Fensom, one of the animatronics assistants working in the Creature Workshop, tried on a protocol droid costume while on the job. Production Supervisor David Brown, quite pleased to find such willing volunteers, offered Mr. Fensom the opportunity to appear as a protocol droid in the new movie -- fortunately, a part that will not require him to wear the metal-and-latex costume in the 130?F heat on-location in Tunisia. Mr. Fensom, relieved to avoid the fate of other protocol driods in such settings (as one put it, "We seem to be made to suffer!"), happily accepted. We wish Mr. Fensom well.
