IGN Features Essential Boba Fett Reading

In honor of this week's release of Blood Ties?Boba Fett Is Dead #1, IGN has posted a feature highlighting essential reading that includes our favorite green-armored Mandolorian bounty hunter. We have the intro for you below but you'll have to click here for the full read.

"Boba Fett remains one of the most enigmatic and popular characters in the Star Wars universe, even as the prequel trilogy and Clone Wars TV series have worked to shed new light on his formerly mysterious origins. Clone Wars episodes like "Death Trap," "R2 Come Home," and "Lethal Trackdown" explore the gradual evolution from Boba Fett the boy to Boba Fett the legend.

Fett has starred in plenty of Star Wars comics too, including the recent mini-series Star Wars: Blood Ties. That storyline is continuing this week when Dark Horse releases the first issue of Star Wars: Blood Ties ? Boba Fett is Dead. Is the elite bounty hunter actually slated for death, or will he cheat it just like he did with the Sarlacc?

We'll hopefully find out soon. But for those interested in learning more about Fett's long, colorful career in the Star Wars Expanded Universe, we've put together an essential reading list with his best and most memorable adventures."
