GharyZ has more Episode III info from the Star Wars Trivial Pursuit DVD:

There are several questions on the Star Wars Trivial Pursuit DVD that pertain to Episode III, many of which have film clips. Questions with film clips include:

In addition, if you answer any "For The Win" questions incorrectly in game one, you will see a brief Episode III clip. During the introduction to the game, there is a clip of Yoda force-pushing two Royal Guards after the Heroes, Villains and Scoundrels category is shown, and quick scenes at "7" and "6" in the countdown.

Game 8 | Hyperspace | Question 4 | Jedi Starfighters flying in tandem (not in full color but a clip with sound nonetheless)

Game 9 | Hyperspace | Question 4 | Mace Windu saying Palpatine's under arrest (full color but short and different than the trailer)

Also the one listed not as a clip on that link above:

Game 16 | Cantina | Question 4 | Is a clip of a Droid Starfighter blowing up a ship where the pilot flies out as it's blown up (another one not in full color but defintiely an EPIII clip extension of the shot in the trailer)
