l have been very blessed to have an amazing family...l have produced thousands of illustrations for every company you can think of...but at the end of the day l am most proud to be a father to my little girls. in my pro life l have worked for them all, Lucasfilm, lucas arts, Hasbro, Mattel, Dc comics, Marvel comics, Fox sports..etc..l have done a ton ....and l still got some juice..watch out....Emmy nominated( wow that sounds crazy..) l am currently drawing comics at Marvel , as well as developing my IP with Transgaming Entertainment, as well as tons of design for Mattel , Hasbro and others on some top secret stuff.
Though Erik Maell is a relative newcomer to the Lucasfilm family of artists, he has already enjoyed a very diverse career, working both as a commercial illustrator and as a fine artist. His work as an illustrator has included assignments for Marvel Comics, Topps Trading Card Company and Victoria's Secret Beauty Corporation, as well as both the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises.
